Robert Mullings is an entrepreneur, software developer, and childcare operator with a career built at the intersection of technology and human services.
After working inside care and transportation organizations firsthand, Robert recognized a gap that no enterprise software vendor was filling: small and mid-sized operators in childcare, school transport, and elder care were being left behind — managing critical daily operations with clipboards, spreadsheets, and phone calls.
RM Connect was his answer to that problem. Built from real operational experience — not theory — every product in the RM Connect suite is designed to be simple enough for a team of five and powerful enough to scale.
Robert is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and is focused on building RM Connect into the leading operations platform for care and transportation organizations across the US.
